8 Days?!?!?!?!

Well, this is it. It’s time to start the countdown. Our paperwork is completed, her room is done, she has some clothes and general “stuff”, what else is there? Oh, yea, just a trip to China to get ready for!

In the midst of all the chaos of preparing (you’d think we’d be better at this the third time around), we got a great moment of refocusing. A huge THANK YOU! to Sharon who posted in the comments section. She sent us the link to Leah’s orphanage and said that Leah was in some of the pictures there. Although we had been on the website for Leah’s orphanage before, we had never looked around enough to see the photos of Leah on it. All adoptive parents know that to get a glimpse of your child—even if it’s miniscule—is an amazing blessing. It gives a small window into who they are. We got just that with the photos we found of her.

So, instead of reading my frantic ramblings check out the photos of our girl. Well, check out the two where she is not completely teeny tiny. Leah is at the far right in both photos.
